There is no hard cap--generate anything from a local 5K to a 5,000-mile epic. If you go huge, give the solver a moment to search and expect larger downloads when you export GPX.
Use the in-app host/port defaults unless your org provides a custom endpoint. If you see "disconnected," verify the server URL, then retry with Wi-Fi and VPN disabled.
From the app's feedback panel, include a short description and attach logs if prompted. For internal builds, grab device logs before restarting the app.
Check the error message, restart the app, and try again with a simpler route (shorter distance or fewer exclusions). If it keeps failing, send a quick note with logs so we can help.
